We have 2 catering options.
#1 is Mexican style with a bbq flare.
#2 is a high dollar but all bbq meats.

Option #1
$12 a person.
The main dish is:
barbacoa (spicy torn beef), take it taco (mild torn beef), pulled pork & smoked chicken. The sides are:
Potato salad, cowboy beans, lemon cilantro rice, potato salad or coleslaw. Plates, flatware, napkins, taco fixings and homemade BBQ sauce.

Option #2
$20 a person.
The main dish is:
Pork spareribs, chopped brisket & smoked chicken.
The sides are:
Potato salad, cowboy beans, lemon cilantro rice, potato salad or coleslaw. Plates, flatware, napkins and homemade BBQ.


(a $1200 minimum charge with the trailer on site for 3hrs. traveling charges could apply if the event is over an hour away)
